My elderly husband was told that only the £5.75 service would allow tracking.Queried that he had paid £3.60 the last time but counter asst.said there was no tracking on this.INCORRECT!! £3.60 gives partial tracking & proof of recipient's signature. How can she say that this is not Tracking? Was overcharged by 60%.When I complained the female asst.was unapologetic, rude & inferred that it was my husband's fault! Don't know their job in this Post Office & knowledge of products is lacking.Customer service=0 Helpfulness to elderly people=0
I note that the majority of reviews relate to previous owners of the business!!
