Was overcharged by 60%.When I complained the female asst.was unapologetic, rude & inferred that it was my husband's fault! Don't know their job in this Post Office & knowledge of products is lacking.Customer service=0 Helpfulness to elderly people=0 I note that the majority of reviews relate to previous owners of the business!!
